Charity M. Adams

Charity M. Adams, P.T., D.P.T., is a licensed physical therapist who joined InMotion Rehab in September 2016.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Biology, at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, before obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Throughout the course of her education, Charity has worked alongside patients with a wide range of diagnoses, from neuromuscular conditions and muscular imbalances to post-operative conditions and sports and orthopedic injuries. She has also completed several clinical internships in both Texas and Florida, where she managed full caseloads and treated both adult and pediatric patients.

With additional experience treating worker’s compensation patients, Charity strives to ensure a timely and pain-free return to each patient’s occupation. Her additional clinical interests and expertise includes manual therapy, post-operative care and treating sports and orthopedic injuries. In addition to her work at InMotion Rehab, Charity also hopes to attain supplementary certifications in manual therapy, kinesiotaping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques in the near future.
